Artist's Description
It was Saturday morning and I took my granddaughter out for breakfast. When we left the restaurant I saw that the fog had gotten heavier. So we went for a ride to see what we might find to photograph. I headed over to a local park and was immediately taken by this sight before us. As time passed the sun started showing signs of breaking through the fog and warming up the scene. I dedicate this image to her because she inspires me.

Hello and welcome! Thank you for taking the time to browse my photography. I am based in northwestern Pennsylvania surrounded by a large Amish community. I am a long-time photographer. My introduction to photography was with a 35mm Minolta SRT 101 SLR in the early 1970s. I fell in love with the work of Ansel Adams and wanted to do mostly black-and-white photography. When my wife and I started a family I fell away from photography and gave up film and photo development along with my darkroom. Now that I am back. I have bought three Canon dSLR cameras over the years. My first was a Canon EOS T3i and then I upgraded to a 70D. In 2022 I learned that Canon was doing away with its EOS line of cameras, so I upgraded to a 90D. My favorite subjects...
