Artist's Description
I was in a photography competition and the assignment was to shoot anything that began with the letter "V". Trying to think out of the box, I decided on, vision one of the five human senses. Closeup of the female eye. I took this photograph and as I processed it I felt the urge to make it a deco piece using only three colors.

Hello and welcome! Thank you for taking the time to browse my photography. I am based in northwestern Pennsylvania. I am a long-time photographer. My introduction to photography was with a 35mm Minolta SRT 101 SLR in the early 1970s. I fell in love with the work of Ansel Adams and had my camera calibrated by Fred Picker, who was an Adams enthusiast and teacher, to match Ansel Adams' Zone System that he created for black and white photography. When my wife and I started a family I fell away from photography and gave up film and photo development along with my darkroom. Now that I am back.
